Marketing & Sales Strategist
Before moving into coaching and leadership development, Keely built a successful career in sales and marketing—working with companies including MP3.com, Vivendi Universal, Group Danone, and Million Dollar Baby, as well as leading marketing strategy through her own agency, IdeaTree. Her client partnerships have crossed industries from consumer goods to IT, telecom, and design, uniting her expertise in brand storytelling with a deep understanding of human motivation and organizational growth.
In 2024, Keely became certified as an executive coach by the Meta Performance Institute and joined Novus Global. Today, she partners with executives and teams to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and achieve extraordinary results that align with their highest potential. Her work centers on helping leaders create lasting impact through vision, mindset, and strategy—transforming how they think, lead, and execute. She was later certified as a trainer, equipping her to deliver immersive leadership programs that foster growth, accountability, and sustained excellence.
Keely lives in Southern California with her husband and two children. When she’s not coaching or collaborating with teams, you’ll find her running coastal trails, experimenting in the kitchen, or fueling her lifelong love of learning and personal growth.

A two-time exited serial entrepreneur, Jake founded and led Livio and Tome, which were acquired by Ford and Valtech, respectively. He now advises executive teams on growth strategy, product-market fit, and exit planning, and regularly supports due diligence and board-level leadership for high-growth startups. Jake also serves on the board of the Consumer Technology Association, producer of CES, helping shape the future of global tech innovation.
Outside of work, Jake is a passionate cyclist, skier, and advocate for Detroit’s growing role in global mobility innovation.
